Linking to our focus story Jack and the Beanstalk, the children planted their own rainbow radish seeds. We discussed what plants need to grow: soil, water and sunlight. They each planted their radish seed in a biodegradable pot and carefully added some water. We then thought about where to place out pots in the classroom and they decided the window sill was the best place.
