In DT this term we are designing survival shelters ready for our Survival Night. Part of our design process was to investigate, using different materials, which shapes work best to produce a strong and stable shelter. We had lots of fun using spaghetti and marshmallows to create a prototype shelter! Not only did the children produce excellent prototypes, they demonstrated fantastic teamwork and problem-solving skills too.
