Wild Wednesdays

Wild Wednesdays at Downsway consist of fortnightly sessions delivered to Years 1-6 over the school year.

They take place in our woodland area where we learn to use a variation of tools and complete activities to help promote our love of the outside space.

It also gives us a chance to work on fundamental skills like communication, social skills, teamwork and resilience whilst experiencing seasonal changes and understanding how this impacts our landscape.

Here you will see our journey develop, we hope you enjoy sharing it with us.

Wild Wednesdays are led by our Forest School Leader, Miss King.
